Our Policies
Ordering Options

Now you can Order Online and get billed to your account!
All orders must include:
- A Billing and Shipping address.
- A purchase order number.
- An authorization name and phone number.
- A requested date.
- A courier account number if desired.
- Product number/description/format/unit price.
- Any other specification.
A minimum order of $100.00 is applicable.
Shipping Options
All orders are FOB Calgary.
All in-stock items orderd are shipped within 24 hrs (except Fridays, see below).
Partial shipments may be made in the event complete orders cannot be shipped.
If partial shipments are not acceptable to the customer, please indicate at the time the order is placed.
All orders are shipped Express. No orders are shipped on Friday unless specially requested, in which case we cannot accept responsibility for product deterioration in transit.
Special shipping requirements must be clearly indicated at the time the order is placed. We can bill directly to your coutier account if you request.
Shortages and Damages
Women to Women Technology Inc. should be notified about any shortages or damages in a shipment within 3 working days for a credit or replacement product. Otherwise the order will be considered complete.
Returns and Cancellations:
Prior to returning any products, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) should be obtained from Women to Women Technology Inc.
To receive credit, products must be returned in original and saleable condition within 30 days from shipment, or withing 15 days from issuance of RAN.
All returns for credit are subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee.

Currency and Payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. GST applies to all orders shipped to Canadian destinations.
Invoices are due net 30 days. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (annual percentage rate of 18%) will be charged to past due accounts.
Women to Women Technology Inc. reserves the right to adjust prices without notice. Any price reduction will automatically apply to your invoice.
